The law office of Rob Wiley, P.C. limits its practice of representing employers to no more than 10% of its docket. I offer my services to employers during DOL investigations, in active litigation, and in appeals. While my rates may be higher than general employment practitioners, my expertise in wage and hour litigation makes me extremely efficient. Litigation services are usually charged by the hour. When representing employers in DOL investigation and in appeals, I may offer representation for a fixed fee.
